About Me
I earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and worked at Child Guidance Center (now Hope Spoke) and Lutheran Family Services before opening a private practice with my husband in 2013.
I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, seen, and heard. As a trauma-informed therapist, I utilize interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, IFS, and CBT approaches.
I currently work with adults 19 yrs. and up who are dealing with depression, anxiety, boundaries, trauma, health issues, parenting, and relationship concerns. My sweet spot is providing a safe space for missionaries and ministry staff to process through their own story. As someone who was formerly in ministry both stateside and overseas, I get the complexities of being in those roles.
When not at work, you’ll find me at my kids’ sporting events, a PTO activity, on a walk, enjoying a coffee date with a friend, or making a nutritious meal at home.
